Sitting comfortably at some place,pay attention to the events happening in the present such as the ticking of the clock, the sound of falling water, the sound of footsteps of people walking on the road, the sound of a vehicle, the thoughts going on in the mind and then our own continuous breathing. We feel the illusions related to these.Remove that illusion through self-knowledge. Thinking of ourselves as separate from these. Pay attention that there is someone who is paying attention to all this. We pay attention to that attention. In these moments of meditation, we find ourselves in the new peace of the present moment. This is our true nature. Because the energy that was flowing out due to the illusion created in the mind stops at its source.That's source is our true self.We will find ourselves in a new, calm, fresh dimension.
